Online operators - Names are missing

Hi

Just recently upgraded from version from 2.43 to 2.71 and since the upgrade, I can't see the names of the operators logged into LHC. I can see operators are logged in but not who is logged in.

The operator names have always been there in the past but now they are not. Any ideas what I could do to try and fix this problem?

If I click on the 'Start chat' link I can see the name of the operator.

Hi,
what steps you followed for upgrade?

What PHP version are you using?
Is your LHC database updated?

I AM using version 2.71 last version avaiable is 2.72 (I will update soon)
this issue is not present on my install.

Hi and thanks for your reply.

I have upgraded LHC a number of times over the past few years with no issues at all. This is the first time I have encountered an issue. I followed the upgrade manual as I always do.

I'll try upgrading to 2.72 and see what happens. I'll post back after I upgrade.

In any case I will be unable to help if issue persist so please as suggested try GitHub or commercial support, maybe GitHub hope a suggestion can come to you from the chat owner. No easy from here understand what can be. Alert me if the issue persist I will see if you are online we can try to look togheter but... mmm... hope issue will be solved with 2.72
