Error 500 after update

I updated the database

Then logged out and added the new files for the lastest update

Now I am getting an error 500 when trying to access

I turned on error reporting and get this

Fatal error: Class 'erLhcoreClassSystem' not found in /public_html/livehelp/index.php on line 31

Please help

Check also your server error log.
Probabily you do something wrong.
Check PHP is same or superior to 5.6
