Easier way to assign widget theme to a department?

Hi, I have currently 5 departments in my live helper chat and I'd like to have a widget theme for each of them. From the way I understand currently, to assign a theme to a department, I have to go to Settings ➡ Embed Code ➡ Widget Embed Code ➡ Select a department ➡ Choose the theme I want from the drop down list ➡ copy the code at the bottom of the page ➡ paste that code in a file on the server? Is that right? Is there a way to do it directly from the site? Thank you for your time. If it helps, I have LHC v.2.51. If you need anymore information I will be happy to provide.

You are welcome,
consider to backup your current install (folder and database) and update. Last LHC version is 2.71

lot of improvements has been done.
