User transfer file to operator?
Hello ,
I would like to know if it is possible to enable somewhere (or implement somewhere) the user's option to transfer a file so that the operator can see it

Hi Walter,
just look into settings and you will find the relative option.
System configuration >> File configuration
index.php/site_admin/file/configuration
