Need help for install the LHC

I install the LHC 2.71 on my server, when I finished the form "Installation step 3" and click the button "Finish Installation", the page directed to step 1.
I checked the database, but there are no any tables in the database.
How to resolve this problem?

Hi and welcome.
What version of PHP are you using? PHO should be same or superior to 5.6
Are you on a shared server?

What step do you followed? Where you have downloaded the zip package?

Hi, the version of PHP is 7.0.18, the server is a Dedicated Server.
I downloaded the ZIP files from https://github.com/remdex/livehelpercha … master.zip
And I can go to the step 3, but can't direct to next step.
