I would like to ask i there are away to force users register and login before chat (only logged is user can chat not guest)

i will use extensions userverifiy, but i have problem i would like to retrieve email name tel.. i use $params['chat']->email for email, for exemple, but it return empty value

can yout plz help me to retrieve email for exemple

You have some settongs in department settongs. No other automated function. You can send each chat transcript manullay from the chat, send mail functions icon.
