Separate users for different pages

Hello,

Is there any way to separate specifically different users for the pro active invitation on different pages on the same site? Ideally, without creating multiple departments.

It's mentioned in the documentation about using identifiers in the embed widget code, but I'm not sure if that's going to do what's needed. Any advice on this?

We would like to have a certain proactive invitation user popup on one page e.g /laptop-repairs and a different user with a different greeting message appear on another page e.g /computer-repairs
