Problems with transfering to other departament
E.g. I have few departaments robot/humans....
By default messages routed to departament "robot" - and there I have some bot (that must redirect chats by some user and text processing results to "humans" departament)
I created role "Operators" with (tempary) full rights (in /site_admin/permission/editrole/3) and their own group:
Finally I created account with "Operators" group:
And assign it to "human" departament:
So now I'm logged in as admin, create some chat (associated with departament "robot"), write some messages.
In other browser session I logged in as Operators-related account.
As admin I'm transferring chat to other departament.
As operator I see chat in "Transfered chats":
But when I click on chat title link - I see next rights-related error:
(stacktrace added by myself with modification of adminchat template)
P.S. Same results when I trying to transfer to operator instead of departament transfering

I found that in browser console on operator side I have next:

As I can see in doc\update_db\structure.json:

I changed user email to shorter - and chat accept request now work fine - so chat transferring works.
So there 2 solutions:
- (tempary) alter table lh_chat to make "user_typing_txt" field longer (e.g. 200 characters instead of 50. Or, maybe, text instead of varchar? But I'm not sure that it's good idea)
- make update that'll make it
