Theming Nenu Not Showing Under System configuration

Hi there,

I have installed Live Helper Chat on my server but the Theming Menu is not showing under System configuration >Live help configuration. Please see the image below. I Live Helper Chat installed it on my server using Composer.

Hi Cozmoz,
welcome in the live helper chat.
What version of LHC are you using? Are you sure to be logged as Administrator?

Seems you are using a very old version.
You can download and install last version 2.68 from here:

Thanks, I have successfully upgraded upgrading using the upgrade tutorial below. I had the error below show up during upgrade.

ERROR: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'user_mail_as_sender' doesn't have a default value SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'user_mail_as_sender' doesn't have a default value

May I ask what the Mail Settings are used for?

I AM trying to start a chat with you for ask what version of PHP are you using and for give a better support.

Email settings are useful for password recovery,
chat transcript or email messages (you can send an email to customer bu the chat interface if the customer has inserted an email).

Doing a fresh install as suggested worked. Many thanks for the support.
