live help is offline after upgrade

Hi

I have updated from 2.59 to 2.68 and chat is now always offline. What can be wrong ?

I also dont understand what needs to be done in this step: Disable cache in settings.ini.php

Hi mki-miro,
check to be assigned to the department, to have disable work hours in the department.
Usually I skip Disable cache in settings.ini.php and no problem so... if you have not replace all folder but only indicated folder in the tutorial here: https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/63
all should work fine. If not you will may have to resume backup and try the upgrade again.
