Greetings!!!!

I want to open Chat across the URL by passing parameters and opening the chat without having to click the button.

I have this URL: "livehelper/index.php/por/chat/startchat/true?prefill%5Busername%5D=walter&value_items_admin[0]=test" Is there any parameter that I spend in this url that opens the chat altomaticamente without having to click the button?

Thank you for your message, I AM sorry to inform you that I have some issue on understanding your request.

If you want widget chat open after 3 second for example that visitor are on the website without clicking on the status widget you need setup a pro active chat:

Because of the parameters already registered in the URL the fields are already filled, I would like to know if there is any other parameter that I do not have to pass to this screen for the client click on the "Start Chat" button, and go straight to the screen Chat with the operator
