Problem with some strings translations

Hello,

I'm testing LHC for these last couple of days and I'm having problem with some translations like this:

I've changed the language to portuguese but still showing english words.

This problem happens too when user closes the chat (appears a message: 'You have closed this chat!').

If possible, can I manually edit these strings in any file?
Can you help me? Thanks.

specify the language you are using and the issue.

This should be fixed by the chat owner, I cannot assist on fix this.
