I am following the article https://livehelperchat.com/node.js-supp … -255a.html
to install nodejs support for livehelperchat.
I am not seeing debug output when i run node server.js and start a chat.
The terminal shows LHC server listening
The client broswer console log shows
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/socket.io/?EIO=3 … 1JD_failed to load resource : the server responded with a status of 404
I don't understand the reference to socket.io in document root? I am justing learning nodejs.
I did install the socket.io folder in root but still i am getting the error.
I have installed nodejs with nvm and install version 8 , 7.0.0 and 6.0.0 and tried each version without success.
I have confirmed ports 6379 and 31129 are open from outside.
Any help appreciated.

You can refer to the documentation or commercial support for that.
