Department is Offline

I am online, and the chat box is saying department is offline

It was only showing "SALES" in dropdown...I am assigned to both sales and support and i am online.

I had to uncheck ALL Departments from my user profile and check "sales" and "Support" department. In other words, it doesn't work when ALL DEPARTMENTS is selected.

Please check better, try an incognito window or different browser. Thank you.

As I said, now it works because I unchecked all departments and checked sales and support
