"Online Visitors List" only last page viewed is shown?

Hi all Live Helper Chat genius,

I recently noticed on Online Visitors List, for each visitor row it will only display their last page viewed. Every time they change page, the new page will replace the old one. Before it's not like this, it would show all one by one.

For example:
Visitor A online viewing: 111.html, and then 222.html then now viewing 333.html

Before on Online Visitors List, it would show:

• 1 m. ago 333.html

• 2 m. ago 222.html

• 3 m. ago 111.html

But now, it only shows the last activity and I don't know what he has viewed before 333.html:

• 1 m. ago 333.html

This is very important to know what my visitors see on my site. How can I change it back to before? I wonder if Live Helper Chat has done any change on that or I mistakenly change any configuration.

seems before your chat was badly configured see:

You are able to see all visitor history page not in online user but by clicking on the user (i of info) footprint tab
