By Department functionality.

I assign user which is an operator to a specific department.
Then I generate a widget code for that department. After that, I test it send some chat request.
The operator user did receive some information about someone is chatting but he is not able to accept the chat.
It needs to be accepted by the admin or the assigned operator and transfer it to a user.

Is there a way where all of the members of the department can accept chat?

Where 3 operators are online and operators will just accept it if they are not busy.

Is this possible without touching the codes? Or do I need to change something in a file?

Hi alvin,
welcome in the live helper chat forum.
In the last LHC version 2.64 you have default admin and operator rule.
If from the operator profile you assign the operator to a department this is able to accept the chat... so I do not know why in your install this seems not working.
Maybe your install is broken compromised or with wrong settings.
