Live support is not available in your country

Hi Live helper

I installed live helper chat but when i go to the live site and access the live chat it shows "Live support is not available in your country"
Am i missing something?
Tried to find an answer in the forums with no luck.

Hope you can help can help...

seems your installation settings alow only few country.

URL is index.php/site_admin/chat/geoadjustment
