Hi lee,
all settings are in the settings section. I do not think that you can choose the character or I AM not understanding well what you want do.

RTL I do not know what is sorry.
Try to made a more complete post in any cause you can read the documentation here:

Oh Right to Left... I expect to see this on settings, languages configuration but I do not see.
Try to select your language and see if is working correctly.

What language do you want use?
