Chat Widget with Login Option

Hello guys, i'm a new happy user. I'm building a small application for my business and succesfully integrated Live Helper Chat in my website. Also i have modified and configured auto login function as well for my purpose so my website's admin can login into "live helper chat backend"  with their personal link.
Now i want to know if is possible to use chat widget only for "operator to operator chat", i want that chatbox can recognize logged user in backend automatically, i don't need name and email option.
Sorry for my bad english, i can't explain better. Hope you can help me.
Another question, is single signon extension working in acqual lhp version? can be useful for my purpose?

Your question seems to be out of the scope of my free limited support and should be maybe, asked to the commercial support.

Thank you bro, i'm from italy like you. My business is very small, i need only a simple chat for two operator, not an help support for visitors. I'll try to do myself.
