your issue is under our attention.

Seems there are a temporary issue with the server and hosting,
I can confirm to you we are already working on this issue... we are working to resume the service as soon as possible.

Remdex the chat owner is already informed about the issue and it's working on the server,
at the moment seems there are some issue... again we are working to fix asap.
