How can we add one chat bot to live helper chat

Hi,

I am new to live helper chat. I am going to implement an AI chat bot into live helper chat.

How do I take over the chat admin and give answer to customer?

I have looked into chatterbot, it is more like making suggestion to the operator.

My goal is to answer from bot directly
1. Customer setup a question
2. A Chatbot take the the customer question
3. Customer ask question -> send the query to the bot
4. The bot will answer question by rest api.
5. Customer will display the answer

Which modules should I override to take the call and send message?
