Extension livehelperchat not found

Hello, I install the extension for google chrome but this not found, show notifications but when I click in the notification not open the window chat, please help me, thanks!

Hi franskferdinand,
you can uninstall the Chrome extension than go on settings, live helper configuration (tab), chat configuration
and press the blue button "Request notification permission" than allow always your browser.

All operator can do the same,
the notification will work.
Google Chrome extension are not update since a very long time and seems is causing issues.
