Issue with Push messages

Once after a visitor closes or minimizes the chat window (or) a proactive message is not started yet, when I am trying to send a PUSH messages are not reaching the visitors.

The actual push message is not getting delivered , rather the visitor has to wait until the proactive messages shows  up.

In some cases, proactive chats asks for name and email additionally

Hi again Dennis,
pro active message are delivered if is well configured and if you have checked to checks for operator message when you generate the embed code.

If you have an issue and this is related to live helper chat please indicate all the steps for reproduce the issue.
If I cannot reproduce, I cannot help.

Let me make it simple.

I use the latest version of chat v2.63

I cannot see a push message which is manually sent.

I also have a proactive chat enabled , although I would like to send some messages manually to invite the visitors on chat.

Unfortunately in this latest version, I am not able to send any messages manually.

you seems to be not a new user... maybe is the first time that you try to use this?

You have to generate an Embed code where the option to check for operator message is checked.
If this is not checked the visitor will not receive any invite.

The above is the script for your understanding.  All the options are correctly selected and I host this chat tool from 3 different sites and no where it is working with this new version

Are you able to reproduce the issue on the demo of livehelperchat.com ?

If yes please provide steps to reproduce.
Also I do not know what is push message. Live helper chat support pro active message... this is not sent immediatly but you have to wait time that you set in settings.
