minimized proactive chat window reopens with a small window

After a chat window is minimized and if the visitor re-attempts to open the chat windowm it is showing in a small space to start a chat.

It is about "message Block size"

I AM unable to understand how to reproduce the issue on your site. Should I start a chat or is not necessary for reproduce?
From the screenshot seems are asked only the name and there is no message box where digit the message.

Seems (for now) to be an issue on your configuration but in your website seems all is working fine now... as you have no wrote the steps to reproduce,
I AM unable to see this issue.

alright here is the clear understanding.

If a proactive chat window is minimized by the Visitor in order to close it, I cannot see the agents messages delivered to the visitor.

If visitor opens the chat window back, the messages sent in the mean while were not delivered to the visitors.
