chat admin is broken -- wrong cache url

Hi,

Just got up this morning and the chat admin pages is broken. console shows that the urls for /cache is wrong. it's pulling from the root folder than the subfolder where the cache is hosted.

Can someone pls advise what might be wrong. the link to admin is http://services.thompsons.co.za/chat/lh … user/login

welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your first post!

I see that your install has some issue but only you know what happen... as live helper chat never stop alone to work, can be broken after an edit or an update if something went wrong.
You can try to follow the update procedure and see if this solve but all depends on how this issue has been generated in your install
