Canned messages order

Hi.-

First, congratulations for the best live help chat I ever seen.

I have a question: It's posssible to have the canned messages ordered by the position field ?
In the page: Home / System configuration / Canned messages

Hi rutavirtual,
thank you for your question and detailed post with also info about your LHC version.

Have you tried to use the field Position in canned message? When you go on Canned Message you will see Position column and  if you press edit you can set the position number.

Yes I tried, I have a few 'test' canned messages, all of them with defined position field, and In the Chat Window, messages are correctly ordered by position field, but in the "Home / System configuration / Canned messages" page, messages are ordered by Id.

It's possible to modify the query that list messages in that page ? this way, we can see how canned messages will be shown in the chat window, while we are creating them.

Thank you for your response.
If I well understand Position works well for show in order canned message during a chat BUT when you go on Canned Message page under settings,
canned message are not ordered by position but by ID so you are asking to see Canned Message ordered also in the Canned Message page under settings by Position?

https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues by pressing the button New Issue (you need to be registered)
