Hi - We updated to the latest version. Added the fbmessenger extension to the site, activated it in our .ini file. But still not showing in the admin.

Should it be showing in the Modules > Section?

Hi, from where is taken the PHP code you inserted here?
Seems you are having many different issue after upgrading, this issue seems to be caused and explained to you from the post here:

Again, this in an open source project,
if you need live helper chat for your business and you use advanced feature than as you are not paying for the software you can consider the commercial support but before do this try to ask to yourself what is wrong in your upgrade process because I can upgrade live helper chat without having all the issue you are experiencing.

Regarding extension I never provide support for extension also some extension are not more updated since long time,
if an issue related to the extension or live helper chat (not to a bad installation or settings) is present this can be reported for free at GitHub page.

my free support is very limited ... sometimes is useful and some other times cannot fully help user because I cannot install or upgrade installation of others smile or fix server settings or LHC settings issue smile

The first step to do, maybe in your case is... understand why you have issue on see correctly LHC admin area after upgrade as in your other topic.

this is an extension who required a little bit hard work also in Facebook side,
if you have issue about this and need help maybe you really need the commercial support also because I have no knowledge for helping you on this.
