HI

Are there any bot tools I can use, such as special characters (* & etc) or anything else other just post a canned message per question?

Consider that I cannot provide support for chatbot so if you need help about this maybe you need the commercial support as chstbot is an advanced feature.

Thanks for the quick answer.

I actually managed to install and activate the bot, my question is if there is any bot functionality other than "for question X reply answer Y".

for example, use of *, ? or regex.

I AM sorry, I do not know as this is out of my free limited support scope.
You can read the documentation.

Sorry, the topic is now closed as no support can be done by me regarding the use of the bot.
You can consider the commercial support or try to read the documentation where all should be explained.
