Styling / theme Creation Guide

I have had my coders working on this for over 2 weeks, but they have still not managed it.

We want to create a custom styled widget.... a totally different design from the default....and changes which are not manageable from the back end.

We have installed the live helper chat unbrand extension.

Are there any guides or providers out there who can code a custom widget?

have you surfed into live helper chat settings?

Settings >> Live help configuration (tab) >> widget themes?
This is what currently is available for widget customization... maybe not need really a guide, just you give in and read.
You can upload custom icon, put your own CSS, custom some text.

if this is not enough you can consider the commercial support or also read this:

but here you can create issue if you do not know what you are doing and if something went wrong you are on your way.

After you created a widget template you can select them into the Embed page widget, you can also set a custom widget template.
I think by surfing a bit in the settings you can see... and do
