Chat window not Resuming Chat

I was just on the demo site and did a chat session. After a while, I stopped the chat. I clicked on the X. Then decided to Resume the Chat, when doing so if I entered text in the window or not, when I click the resume chat button, it would remove the text in the window and do nothing. This was using Chrome browser. I was thinking of upgrading, but now a little concerned about this issue.

Hi,
I AM sorry, tested and I AM not able to reproduce.
Resume button works fine for me.
Please remember that demo are reset after some times so maybe your chat was deleted and was no more existent.
From what you wrote I AM unable to reproduce smile

Hi PeopleInside, yes that could be the case, because I minimized the window and was doing other tasks and when I came back to the window, that is when it would happen. I have been able to reproduce several times now.
Do you happen to know the reset time allocated to the demo? I am not talking more than 5 minutes or so and it was doing this.
I will try to send a video of it.

tongue I do not know when demo is reset anyway if you have already an existent LHC you should make a full backup each time you plan to update.
After the update you can test and if there are a new issue you can report it and resume the previous version smile
