Chat window always offline

Although the panel shows that I am online and visible, on my page the chat window is always shown as offline. How do I solve this? Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome!
If you take a look on the official documentation you will find the reply, maybe this has been discussed also in the forum. There are settings that let you allow to ignore operator status or maybe you are not assigned to any department of your Embed code.

thank you for your patience ... now I can try to reply to you better.

First of all, once you are logged into LHC check on the top right ... you should see your operator profile name:
click on it and once you are in the profile let's go on the Department tab, check to be assigned to the specific department.

for understand where else can be the issue.

You can try also to generate Embed code again.
If all this not work please try to update to the last version;
you should be able to fix this issue soon.
