Chat widget not showing correctly
Instead of the normal popup box, I get this:
Any help? The instructions aren't very clear on what embeded code you need, or where to put it.
I have a footer.php that is used for every page. Pages are built using "include" statements. That seems to be the logical place to put it.

Try to generate again Embed code and paste in a simple page.
If the issue persist is because your installation is corrupted.
