Hi, the second URL provided by you is not reachable for me.
From the screen seems you have edited code or have done something not correct.
Can't say what you do for create that issue smile

Maybe reinstall live helper chat.
You can try before to create a custom widget theme than do a new Embed code,
if this not solve you can made a backup of your LHC installation and update to the last version.

If this doesn't solve a new install is suggested smile
