Live help widget changed position on mobile device

I am running Live Helper Chat on my site and so far it has proved very helpful. Before I upgraded the live help widget would display on top of the browser on a mobile device (phone) but after updating live helper chat the widget has moved to the bottom right and is interfering with another widget and cant get it back to the top or move it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... the site is JoinPhillyPD

The widget that it is interfering with is from get site control and can not be moved.

Hi, well you cannot change this, there is no settings for change this.
I cannot see any particular issue on your website, however if an issue exist you will need to edit what is in conflict.

The responsive mode has been upgraded to a better responsive mode,if you have floating widget will be automatic that the look of your site should be not very fine.
I can't do much for this.

If you are code expert you can customize the theme or your website template.

If you want you can open a GitHub issue here where you can ask to add an option,
during the embed code generation, to choose to have the chat widget on top as other chatbox and FAQ icons.
