Auto close for inactive and random operator choose.

hi,

twoo questions:

Please, how do I have the chat close after the client has been inactive for 60 seconds?

And how do I do when the customer queues, is randomly directed to an operator?

thanks.

Maybe at the moment what you are asking is not supported by live helper chat.
You can only decide a chat is closed after an editable time

Usually I do not suggest this because is not kind on the visitor side see chat closed, I think is better if the operator simply ask to the visitor if they still need help and if no reply chat is closed... maybe inactivity chat closure on the visitor side (option to have it setup for who want this) can be a nice idea... you have to request on GitHub https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat

Please, take a look at the documentation here:
https://livehelperchat.com/documentation-6c.html

where you can find what is supported, what not and you can learn how to setup supported settings.
