Hi there
We have installed live helper chat with a lot of expectations on Telecoms Supermarket India and managed to get the widget on.
Problem is when we try to do admin panel and logged in from admin, it still shows Offline in widget.
I think we are missing something. Is there any step by step guide to successful Installation?

Hi there
We got this working and it was indeed an help.
However, we have a few issues.
1. We cant get the google maps to show the location.
2. We cant get to see the entire chats for all operators in past.
3. We are now having issues in pinging user for a chat.
4. We would like to get the referral page from where the user is coming which is not showing on chat.
5. The users are all showing as from Asia but not India or Indian state/city from where they are coming.
6. We are using an old version of chat 2.59. Do we need to update this overtime?
7. We would also like some kind of automatic message after 5 seconds (Even when the operators are offline) if a customer is browsing the site. How can we do this?
Can you help us to resolve above issues and make this a success story for us?

Seems you are requesting too much things, maybe you need a dedicated commercial support for fix all this issues.
Consider that.
I will see what I can do here for you but seems you just need know better LHC,
navigate into settings, understand where referral chat is showed etc.
Is always suggested to have the last version.
My free support is limited, if you need deep dedicated support for solve all your business server issue please consider the commercial support.

I will now try to reply for point to your questions.
1. In the demo of live helper chat maps are working correctly so I do not know what kind of problem do you have with maps, maybe is your install issue, there are commercial support for fix this. You can try the demo of live helper chat and see if you are able to find the same issue. Can be maybe your browser in that case or please indicate steps here for be able to reproduce the issue on the demo.
2. Why you cannot see entire chats?
3. Maybe you have your own chat and server issue, for that there are commercial support
4. Usually the referral is showed on chat on the right bar of the web interface
5. I do not know, geo location is working well for me and in the demo also so no idea, you can try to use different settings.
6. You need to have the last version for security and fixes.
7. Pro active chat, you can consult the documentation or ask to the commercial support

in the settings there are, somewhere the option to show pro active also when operator are offline.

Seems you have 500 server error.
You need check into your server error log file.
I think you have done something wrong in the update process,
this can be the reason.
Please also check that your PHP is minimum version 5.6 is better 7.0, last PHP is at 7.1

Your issue was the PHP,
a deprecated PHP version can create issue. Upgraded and the issue is now solved.
