firstly...absolutely loving live helper chat....and incredible project guys!
I have chat working...and tested widget on two sites....all working well.
However, on both sites I have installed the widget, it does not appear on mobile. Works fine on desktop. On mobile nothing at all appears.
Interestingly, if I resize my desktop browser to a mobile size, i do see the small chat icon....just on an actual mobile phone it does not appear.
Anyone any idea why this might be?

Hi,
one of the domain where you set the live chat is... the domain of your email address?
Because I AM able to see the chat also on mobile.
The new Live helper chat is amazing on a mobile and has a small button on the right of the screen... who is less invasive than before for the small device.
The button are fully responsive.
I sent a chat invite but seems you have not yet acepted.
In just some minutes I will be go out for today and for some hours of tomorrow:
time to go to sleep here but I never know about issue on mobile,
all works fine here. In the private chat I would ask more info but seems you are not seing my chat invite.

you can try to login in your FTP, find the folder customtheme of live helper chat (in your server) rename it by adding -off for example to the name than try again in incognito window on your smartphone
if issue is fixed than the issue is some old customization... I solved in my website in this way
another issue can be if you added some CSS... can be in the widget themes inside your operator console.
If all this not solve you can consider to test a new install and see if the issue persist.
feel free to update the topic,
thanks for acepting the chat invitation in time.

I have tried renaming customtheme to customtheme-old but that hasnt made a change
I have two widget themes installed...default and RED..... issue is with both.
Its a default install... no modifications at all yet to CSS
I will try a reinstall tomorrow.

I AM sorry to readthat your issue still be present: is a strange issue as I can see your mobile chat button (widget) without issue from an Android so seems your install has issue only on the iphone.
Yes, you can try a quick new install and see if the issue still be present... Here is how to do a clean install:

Ok so I got to the bottom of it.
I tried again this morning....no joy.
I got to work this morning....and just before performing a full update I decided to re test on my iphone. Widget was there!
I went back home....tried again.....widget not there!
The reason is that we have just installed an SSL on the server.....as part of this we changed the IP of the server to a dedicated one. The IP change appears to have not yet fully propogated.... hence why it works in one locations and not another.
Phew!
