Chat widget is not visible

Hi, I have here https://www.web-hosting.work/ chat implement, but, it is not visible in fronted and cant figured why

Hi, have you generated Embed code?
After generating that in LHC settings, Embed code you need to paste in your website.
Seems you not do that. Please read the documentation:

Yes I generate code and implement in my Joomla page, but, it is not visible in fronted.
I am using maxcdn is that maybe problem?

I cannot see in your frontwebsite the Embed code so you need find how in Joomla is possible put that code.
Maybe in the footer or exist a plug in for insert code, I don't know. I AM on different CMS.

You are not able to see the widget because the code is not present, also if you have inserted maybe in a wrong place.

I disable plugin and now see script in source, but, it is not on fronted

I disable all js exept chat from page (ADblock) but chat is not load

Hi, I can see now the code in the source page.
Have you used the Embed widget code?

Have you checked to show widget also when chat is offline?
Where you placed the Embed code? Maybe try different place, footer, etc.
Hope you will be able to fix soon and easily. :-)

Right now there is no Embed code in your website so I canot see where issue is.
Also i don't know the URL of your chat for see if you are flagged online but this is visible when you have the Embed code in the website.

Right now there is no Embed code in your website so I canot see where issue is.

Sorry to re-open an old thread.

We need to install the chat widget on MANY sites (maybe 9 or 10).

Some sites are https, and some are http

Does this mean we cannot use the software?

hamd01 if the chat is installed on https you do not have any issue.
If you chat is not https and you want to put in a https website than you will have issue.

Also when you are generating Embed code you have all option to select if use http or https.

hamd01 if the chat is installed on https you do not have any issue.
If you chat is not https and you want to put in a https website than you will have issue.

Also when you are generating Embed code you have all option to select if use http or https.

Thanks, after upgrading server to HTTPS it worked perfectly.
