Automatically assign chat to another operator

I am using the auto assign service which Automatically assign chat to another operator if operator did not accept chat in certain amount of time.

I am doing this using department => auto assign and enter 30 seconds.

Actually it is not working I don't know why.

I am assigning more than a department to 2 operators. And I am doing the same method for all the departments but auto assign is not working.

Your chat seems is not the last version 2.61 also in the update info page your LHC is showing a strange page ... seems your installation has been edited in the code.
I cannot assist in an install that I cannot recognize as original because when the code is edited you can have issues... but this is your problem... free support cannot help you on that.

Your Misc settings was not strange,
has been changed with time. I reported an issue about that to the chat owner:

So the sybols [] "" was not strange in your install but still strange in your install the update page.
In any case a new install test can solve your issue, if not you may need open a GitHub issue if you think auto assign is not working.
