pending chat sound notification problem
Hello All,
Is it possible to set pending chat sound continues until an operator has opened the chat?

No,
But in chat configuration settings (Synchronization and sound settings) you can set how many times repeat this sound. So if you set it to quite big number you will have the same effect.
