We have recently migrated to livehelperchat from another live chat program.
Overall it is much better, but one aspect I haven't been able to duplicate.
With the previous system when someone showed as being online you could add a note to identify them as a particular user. If they came back online at a later date their identification was visible, presumably linked through a cookie.
With livehelperchat, it must be tracking people - as it shows their first visit under the "i". Is it possible to add identification that will show up when they log on again?
Thanks

Could you clarify how this should be done from application part?
Something like click information tab and add comments for particular online user?

THanks for the fast reply
Ideally the first time I identify someone that is online - I would like to add a nickname to identify that person.
If they came back later the nickname would be visible when online - perhaps adding to / replacing "first time online" inthe "i"
Thanks

Thanks for the very fast response - the notes area is very useful.
One question, would it be possible to display a nickname in the pop-up that appears when hovering over the online user (which currently shows IP, first on... etc)? This could be a separate field or the first word (first line?) of the notes field?
This would allow us to quickly identify regular users by simply scanning the pop-up, without having to open a second level?
Thanks again
