can't move the widget

Hi,in my livechat i can't move the visitor widget when widget is open or reduced.
I have to activate somewhere somthing for make it work?
So in the widget bar i see the hand but widget can't move

Try to do the same on demo. If on demo works. It your issue

on DEMO works this is why i don't have opened an issue.

So i suppose i don't have to configure nothing in the settings to enable this function?!

Ok if there is a way to fix on my installation or there is no simpla way it's ok i will take as now as the problem are not soo big.

I ques it's something you did on your site. I cannot select text on it. So cannot select widget. So just your style css or javascript have done this.
