Turn off "Live help is offline" email ability

So I'm integrating this into a site that already has a email help function. Is there a way to turn off the ability of users to attempt to send an email when support is offline?
I see where i can modify the form requirements, but it seems like you can't just disable altogether.

Any Ideas?

So is there any possibility that you can leave the "offline" message enabled, but it just wouldn't have any function?
It's not super important, but I know I'll be asked about it during a demo.
