Form when visitor is not responding after initial chat

Hello Rem
I have a question.
A visitor is talking to operator and suddenly visitor stopped responding but chat is not closed, so is there any way that system automatically notifies visitor that since he has not responded in 5 minutes then this chat will be closed and should be redirected to form or chat should be closed.

Interesting idea. But no - there is no such thing at the moment.
If you want something fancy like this just fill github issue report.
