Thanks for the integration with Os ticket but ran into trouble

URL - is it my mydomain.com/extension/osticket? or i need to add /api/tickets.json'
host - Is this my IP address

I stll can see the link appearing ...can you advise

All settings has to go to this file.
https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/osTic … gs.ini.php

So just see this file and you will get how it has to look like.

Thanks. Can you maybe assist on generating API as that mean i need to have downloaded and installed Osticket onto my website then follow process to create API.does it also mean to see any tickets , i will have to log into seperate osticket platform
