No record in "OPERATORS CHATS"
Hi,
I am always getting no record (Empty) in "OPERATORS CHATS". What is the problem for this. Can you please suggest me.

I join a question, the chat via the browser is open, the client writes but I that not to a look but if to press F5 that the sent messages appear
