Our staff have issues logging into chat client (not web version) and customers cant enter the web version of chat.
Any disturbances? Im asking because nothing has been updated with our website for at least 4 weeks...

So, we´ve identified the problem. Live helper chat points to a SSL certificate that just expired. We have a new one in place but how do we re-point LHC to the new certificate? Could someone refer to a corresponding manual here please, our web develeopers are unavailable at the moment but our hosting provider can help us...

Well, really not sure how to clear LHC desktop client cache like there is no any. Perhaps it uses same IE cache so perhaps clearing it could help.

Below is a screen shot that likely shows the problem, i dont see how clearing the desktop client/IE cache would resolve anything? Would you re-point to another SSL on our webserver somehow?

Well, really don't know in browser setting there have to be option to clear a cache.
