I hope you don't mind me saying but:

"Our staff is always ready to help"

This is bad English.

It would be better to say
"Our staff are ready to help"
or
"Our staff are available to help"

you could keep the always in
"Our staff are always available to help"

However this would kind of indicate they are going to be there around the clock every day.... which I'm guessing not many people do!

Out of curiosity is it possible to change these strings?

If you create theme and set it as default, when you can do that. I will change that in LHC in day or two.

Thanks.  Excellent piece of work by the way.  I've been looking at a number of these products for the past few days and very few of them come with a dedicated client app.  Our staff already have a number of tabs open for performing telephone based website bookings, and I don't trust them not to close the dashboard tab so to me a dedicated client is I think critical!
