I dont recive message in desktop client

Sorry for my bad English.

I download desktop client for windows ( QT5 ). And when login i see "Pending chats" and notification show my i have new request.

But on right click and choose "Accept chat" open new tab and "Loading"...

There is no message and other information from user , i upload image.

Please help me.

Sorry, but in my enviroment all works. The only way to solve this is just to debug web application itself.
There is commercial support or you will have to do it by yourself.

Using Ubuntu...

Is there a Desktop Notification for Pending Chats available for use on these systems (as in the example above)?

If so, I am not seeing how it is configured.
