Hi!

Sometimes I have a problem with widget when the user start chat:

The embed code where is placed? Is between <head> </head>?
Maybe embed code is in wrong position.

Have you done any updates to existing version?
In general no idea, this could happen only if you had some old version and you did some update and it somehow influenced existing stuff. Atleast one time this happened and reason was the similar one, not updated footer template.

And I still have a problem with automatic closing chats. When user left the chat, I want to chat be automatically closed. You wrote that I set this:

But I still view user who left the chat in the Active chats. When I click on this chat, than I view that user left the chat.

You have to setup cronjob for automatic closing.
